The Cosmic Game Of Life Part 1
I would like you to consider with me, with an open mind that life is a game that is being played on a huge playing field call the Universe. We are all players in this game and we are all spiritual beings who take on different characters or personas while we are playing the cosmic game called life.
I would also like to say that, as we move through the game some of us become more consciously aware than others. We become aware that life is a game and that there are rules that we need to play by to win the game. However, there are those who go through life in a daze or fog who never quite can find the play book or manage the rules. They wander around life trying this and sampling that without any true goal in mind. These are individuals who Zig Ziegler would consider as "wandering generality instead of meaningful specific". I am sure that you know one or two people like this… unless you are a wandering generality.
Anyhow, the object of the game is to remember who we are and to
find our life purpose so that we live our life from a place of authenticity. As we are able to connect with who we are, and our purpose in life we are than able to create the life that we love. However, as you know, in all games there are rules and there are obstacles or pitfalls one must overcome before we are able to win the game.
I will talk about the rules and the obstacles in following blogs so that we can all play the game effectively.

i totally agree!
thanks for dropping by and your comment. cheers.
Yes, it is an illusion (Maya) that distracts us from our purpose in life.
Hey! Tracy, thanks for visiting me and yr concern. I am back and now back in office. Although I got caught in the unrest, I am safe in the hotels. We did personality in one of the session and I finally found out what I am. Will be posting it and sure u will like to read.
Have a good day playing yr part of the stage! Enjoy it!
I totally agree in that life is definitely a game and we are all very important players in that game. It is not the game itself that is important but how we play it. Too many people are spectators and are waiting for life to be lived for them. They seriously are missing out on what is important and that is the journey within the game. Meeting those challenges and yes maybe failing...but how does one ever enjoy the fullness of winning if one does not experience the feeling of the loss.
Your thoughts are amazing and a definite wake up to reality.
Keep moving forward!

love your blog, full of great wisdom.Well done.
I enjoy this post. As you say like is like a game.
How we play it well or drop the game, it all depend on us.
We decide our destiny.
Have a nice weekend, best wishes from coolingstar9
Hi Helen
This is a great post! I have been reading about this in the past week and the need to be able to place ourselves in the present and remove ourselves from the egoic world that distracts us from our purpose.
It is very true that the world is a stage. I look forward to your next posts.

I get use to the rules and the rules change and then the game of life takes you down a different path. With me it us usually through a tunnel with a bright light at the other end...another train!
Hi Helen
I agree with you.Life is indeed a game. We all have roles to play and life's struggles are all part of this game. The ones who stand strong 'til the end win the game. btw, thanks for dropping by. :)
Hi,
As part of an attempt to record my impressions about some of the blogs I have visited & bookmarked, I have featured your blog on my site using ‘Blog This’ tool in Blogger. I owe it to point your attention to it & to hear from you if you find anything you may have objections to.

Hi Pushyarag,
Thank you for stopping by. I have found your blog and I find it simply wonderful. I greatly appreciate the words that you have written about my blog. I have no objections to what you have written. Also in response to what you wrote to me earlier in my second posting of the Cosmic Game: Yes, my writing is lined with ethos from the Indian belief system as well as many others. One of my classes I took while in Graduate school was World Religion which I found to be a marvelous class. My study of all religion has helped further shape the concept that I share with others today and the way I choose to live my life.
Respectfully,
Helen
Well its always clicked on my mind, that life's a GAME. And the other thing I always felt is, whatever you do, it does not matter, after all its a game. And its upto you to feel what you want to feel. I mean its a game, play it the way you want it.
I came very accidentally to this blog, I was actually searching my name on google and somehow got here.
Anyways, its nice to be here in this blog. I'm looking forward to see the next blog on this topic :)
Cheers, Love and Light!
